let’s live  well and give a little.


Our programs are tailored to make your day a fun filled happy experience where you get to learn new skills with a dedicated support worker.


Go-See-Do - is about exploring our local area participating in a variety of activities before returning back to the Hub. 


Make & Take - is an activity where we will look at and

try different arts, crafts & cooking.



Our wonderful community we will offer participants a variety of things to do while out and about.


Our programs consist of an opportunity to learn new skills and build capacity, with the assistance and guidance of support workers. Our programs are tailored to all levels of ability and is designed to improve life and living skills, make new friends, and give back to the community.

All programs are group based 1:2 or 1:3 however 1:1 support is available to those that require additional support.

RECYCLE RIGHT - rethink, reduce, reuse, re-purpose or recycle

Participants will have the opportunity to participate in various activities and outings. We will look at what, how and where to recycle at home and in the community. Participants can make new friend and socialize while being part of our Recycle Right Team.

We will look at why we recycle and the benefits of recycling. Assisted by staff the Recycle Right Team will sort various donated recyclable items. We will learn about and participate in visiting other community programs and delivering to various drop off points.

Outing may include but not limited to visiting Community Libraries, Bottle collection points, Bunnings, Community gardens, Salamander recycle center and Op shops.

Participants will have the opportunity to work on various art and craft projects using the 5R’s. (this will take place in the second part of the day.)

Together we will with rethink, reduce, reuse, re-purpose or recycle.


FUN FRIENDSHIP FRIDAY - Do you like to have fun, make new friends, try new things or you may just want to be supported to participate in things you already love to do.

Brick-by-Brick LEGO® play* - Target Group 5-12yrs

Our weekly sessions use LEGO® Based Therapy Principles. Participants work in small groups, participating in freestyle and collaborative building

projects. LEGO® play uses the key roles of ‘Engineer’ ‘Builder’ and ‘Supplier’ in structured, semi structured and free play time that allows children to explore and express ideas, emotions and feelings.


LEGO® club*

What is a LEGO® Club? Target Group 12yrs plus

A space where LEGO® lets us create, connect and have fun. This is a group based weekly program that uses both free play and structed play in a FUN, inclusive space for all levels of LEGO® building ability. During LEGO® Club participants will have the opportunity to work on group or individual builds, along with fun task and challenges.

“More than Cooking” cooking classes for all abilities

Our program is tailored for all levels of ability and is designed to improve participants daily living skills within a fun setting where you will not only learn to cook healthy, delicious, easy to follow recipes, you’ll have the opportunity socialise, interact with the community and make new friends


During our 12-week program you will have the opportunity to develop skills such as the ability to:

  • Follow a recipe
  • Use kitchen utensils and equipment (including appropriate knife skills)
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Socialise and interact with others
  • How to choose produce and ingredients
  • Learn how to shop and budget for meals
  • Set a table
  • Follow basic food handling practices
